Whirlwind dust collector has a lot of advantages as simple structure, easy manufacture, cheep cost both construction and operation. Also has high classification efficiency for dust which are more than 10μｍ, so it is widely used in industry department. Whirlwind filter is normally compose with five parts: outer cylinder, intake-tube, exhaust pipe(inner cylinder), circular cone and ash valves etc., intake-tube touch outer cylinder, exhaust pipe insert into outer cylinder, lower part is the circular contact with ash valves. Operation principle: after dusty airflow goes into inlet with high speed 14～24m/s, airflow do rotary from up to down, during rotation, it becomes large centrifugal force which make dust going to cylinder’s walls, and then go down to the bottom of the circular corn discharged by ash valves.
