Pre-oxidized fiber is the intermediate product of carbon fiber, we supply 1K, 3K, 6K, 12K, 24K, 48K, 120K, 240K,360K and EtcPre-oxidized fiber: pre-oxidized fiber is the intermediate product of carbon fiber, and it is a kind of black fiber with a part of cyclization structure formed after the air oxidation of PAN-based fiber under certain temperature.
We currently supply pre-oxidized fiber of 1k, 3k, 6K, 12K, 24K, 48K, 120K, 240K and 360K, etc. At present, based on our own technologies and equipments, we can successfully pre-oxidize extra large-tow fiber of 360K, the performance of which can reach or even exceed international standards. Technically, it is the first case at home.
Pre-oxidized fiber can be used as labor suit before the high temperature furnace; firefighter uniform; military uniform of tank force; protective sheet from welding spark,; insulating materials; substitute for various asbestos products; interior decoration materials inside the aircraft; acid resistance, alkali filtration materials; sealing materials; lining fabrics of chairs, etc.
