Description:Unwind systems and top fold: This unwind unit is equipped with a pneumatic hydraulic web guide control system. The maximum reel diameter is 90cm and maximum film width is 85cm. Maximum reel weight is 150kg. For converting sheet film, a folding unit can be purchased to run in-line with the machine. A low friction top folding device for a single or twin sided fold through a system of folding rollers with guide plates is fitted. The whole unit is well designed for ease of operation and low maintenance. Hem sealing system: The longitudinal dimension is continuously sealed by heated wire, which can be adjusted after top folding. The size of the bag is easily changed, with no limit. Photocell control pre-warming station: This series of machine uses Erwin Sick photocells for precise control of print image to the side weld. Additional side weld stability in the bottom gusset area and top gusset is assured by the pre-sealing station for the four layers of film. Manufacture of soft loop carrier bags: At the rear, there is one unwind station for the polyethylene handle film. The film has a width identical to the loop length. The film is cut into narrow strips and fed into the top fold. The flexible handle film feeding system is driven by pneumatic control. The roll of the film is fed, cut and welded automatically and is precisely positioned to the center of the carrier bag.
