Description:Structure and Principle The main part of three-column bottom auto-discharge centrifuge is a bowl and its functional parts of scraper action, mechanical drive and casing are all modularized. They can realize the optionally multifunction combination. The product liquid is splashed onto the bowl's wall under a centrifuge force field. The liquid phase flows into the casing space through the strainer and perforation, falling on the chassis and then draining out from the liquid outlet, and solid phase is left behind the inner surface of the strainer. The product layer thickness is controlled by the special desiccated detector of the product level. Both feeding and washing will be controlled by the only used feeding valve. After dewatering the bowl speed reduces and the solid product will be scraped off by the scraper and then discharged out of the bowl from bottom outlet. Main Purposes: It is widely used for solid phase for filtering particle suspension. 1. Chemical industry: gypsum, oxalic acid etc; 2. Foodstuff industry: monosodium glutamate, foodstuff additive etc; 3. Pharmacy: vitamin, antibiotic etc; 4. Mining and metallurgical industry: copper, zinc, aluminum, mineral product and metal to be refined etc; 5. Environment protection: treatment for sludge in clean water or spent water etc.
