Description:One component expanding PU Foam is a multi-purpose polyurethane foam that may be used for a wide range of building applications, such as filling gaps around pipes, draft proofing and sealing window and door frames, bonding wood and brick and sealing cracks and crevices. Adhesion is good to most construction surfaces, such as wood, brick, concrete, metals and many plastics. When cured it is weather and rot proof and can be trimmed, sawn, sanded and, if necessary, painted and plastered. PU foam will cure when moisture in the air reacts with the chemicals of the foam. All one-component foams meet GB8624-97 flame resistance requirements for caulks and sealants. We occupy 60-70% of the domestic market and are one of the largest suppliers in Asia. Guide for use: It can be applied to damp surfaces. OCF is moisture curing. The more moisture, the quicker the cure. It must be protected from Uvin external application to prevent discoloration and deterioration of the foam. Conventional paints can be applied to the foam. In overhead applications, foam must be retained in place to prevent its falling away until adhesion grips. It can be used in temperature range of 5-40oC, if in low temperature condition, we suggest that it should be placed in 25-30oC circumstance for 30 minutes to ensure the better performance. Uncured foam can be removed with solvent. But after cure, foam can only be removed mechanically (sanded or scraped off). Uncured foam sticks to hands and clothing.
