MZ60-55 One way clutchbearing/ sprag clutch bearing for conveying machinery
The MZ series CAM clutch is equipped with anti-dust bearing at both ends, which has been injected with special grease, which need not be lubricated when used.
Cooperate with pulley, gear or sprocket, insert the clutch pulley, gear or sprocket holes (with the JIS standard grade f6 tolerance) and bolt (high tensile strength) end of the screwing in clutch tooth hole to tighten.
External loads are supported by other devices and cannot be directly applied to the CAM clutch.
The coupling of the clutch to the shaft only USES the flat key. Do not use cone key.
When the clutch is installed on the shaft, the thrust should be applied to the inner ring of the clutch. Do not apply to the outer ring.
This series of CAM clutch working environment temperature: - 5 ℃ to 40 ℃,
It can also design and manufacture non-standard clutch according to user's requirement.
A one-way clutch is a precision device that can drive torque in one direction and overspeed in the opposite direction.It has three basic functions to deal with beyond operation, reverse braking and separation operation.
