Introduction

 

1. SBR/TBR Cylindrical linear guide rail is composed of the aluminium case, a rail support, a shaft (rail), and number of blocks.

 

2. They are provided as a unit or as respective components as well.

 

3. All components are standardized to be fully interchangable.

 

4. This is the complete sliding unit systems and can be clamped simply tightening by bolt with high accuracy.

 

5. Support Rail Unit provides maximum rigidity and stiffness to the shaft throughout the whole stroke, and ensure the performance of the unit.

 

Application

 

Linear Guide rail TBR/SBR Series with smooth serface, little friction,low noise,they are widely used in linear motion system.For example, punch, tool grinding machine, automatic cutting machine, printer, card sorting machine, Food Packing Machine, other sliding parts on industrial machinery.
