Heat shrink bags are now replacing vacuum bags, for packing meat, poultry, sea food and cheese. Normally heat shrink film is tube form, not sheet, and also the sealing is not flat but curve sealing. So shrink film bag making machine is totally a different machine in sealing, cutting, driven etc. with the normal bag making machine. S-400 bag making machine is developed by our company for shrink film bag making. It is suitable for tube form shrink film and with the following functions: 1) Heat sealing unit with 3 types of curve sealing for various bag sizes, it also has flat sealing for some special request 2) The 3 types of nice curve sealing to be used to make sure the shrink bag without any ear remained after shrunk 3) That will be possible to cut the bag single by single and count the quantity of bags, or it could be pre-cut the bag, wind in roll form 4) The customer can tear the bag when they need bags for packing Specifications: 1) Max. width of bag: 400mm 2) Max. length of bag: 800mm 3) Max. dia. of reel unwind: 450mm 4) Max. speed: 80p/min. 5) Max. unwind sped: oC 7) Total capacity: 11KW 8) Weight: approx. 1.5 tone 9) Control system: PLC control
