If the value is not 100+/-0.5 HA, please adjust two vernier knobs until the value is 100+/-0.5HA. then place the test sample on glass stage; drive handle 3) Under the weight of die poise, durometer the indenter foot on bottom of press, head touch with the test sample completely. At this time, the value is showed on durometer is the shore hardness of the test sample 4) If you use D type durometer, when you adjust the parallelism, please do not press the tip on glass stage directly. That will damage glass stage. Please place a piece of even glass board on the glass stage before you adjust the parallelism
