Product Description
We provide quality Stainless Steel filters of various types and sizes, with Triclover Clamp & Unions welded to the End connections, its range of filters includes conical, Tubular, Simplex and Duplex type Filters.
Material: SS304/SS316L stainless steel.
Size: 1"- 4", din standard is optional. DN25-DN100.
Finish: Polished inside and outside.
Ends: Welded, Male thread, Triclamp.
Inner Mesh: any mesh is OK.
Tri Clamp side inlet strainers and inline strainers come with 3 grades of fine mesh (50 mesh, 100 mesh, 150 mesh), the higher the number, the less porous the mesh. The side inlet strainer is the preferred choice simply because one does not have to disconnect the whole assembly to replace or clean the screen mesh. The inline strainer performs the same function, but mounts more similar to a spool with both ends clamped into a fitting. It is recommended that a strainer be placed after a pump, but prior to a plate chiller to reduce the debris entering the chiller, and ultimately the fermentation tank. The mesh is designed to be porous enough to permit trub and hop through for a healthy fermentation, but not so fine as to easily clog.
