Description & Introduction:

Gongle eva foam granulation line ,eva plastic pelletizing machine is composed of two sets of extruder to form the main body, with reasonable design, applied to the recovery of high water content film and all kinds of foaming material, which has remarkable effect and can ensure the sol mixing effect and particle density. Dual exhaust system increases exhaust volume, making the volatile off more completely. The optimization of the forced feeding system greatly increases production capacity.

Applicable plastic materials:eva  PP, LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, BOPP, etc.

Material shape: Woven bags, printed LDPE film (rolls, loose, bundled), agriculture film, foamed plastics and raffia, etc.

Note: depending on material property, various downstream equipment are available.

Features & Technique:

a. The efficient forced feeding ensures high feeding and low energy consumption.

b.It equipped with a special design of the barrel and screw and single screw exhaust system, can ensure high yield.
c. The cutting system adopts extrusion die head water ring to cut, which can ensure the perfect appearance of particle.
d. The auxiliary machine has the particle cooling and grading machine.

+Client customize: If with agglomerator, PP/PE will be transported into agglomerator

by conveyor then feed into extruder after agglomerated.
