2)Structure

The magnet overhead crane has slewing telescopic electromagnetic carrier beam; is applicable to th fixed span at indoors or outdoors of steel mill shipyard port yard and storage etc. The magnet overhead crane  is used for loading unloading and carrying steel plate, profile steel, and spool etc, the magnet overhead crane is especially applicable to lift material of different specifications and which needs horizontal rotation. 

The spacing of electromagnet can be adjusted electrically and magnetic force of electromagnet can be adjusted through infinitely variable control according to the  specifications(different thickness, length and pieces, etc) and eight of the lifted materials the followings can be supplied according to the user’s requirements: Speed governing(1: 10or larger) of the mechanisms, overload& warning, remote control, PLC control, Failure detection, display, record and printing system etc, (the data below is used for indoor)

Safety Features  

Overload protection: If the materials or electric current overstep the capacity, the crane will give a sharp warning for protection itself.

Emergency brake: If there’s  emergency situation, it could stop the crane to protect operator and goods.

Control Method: Room control or remote control to avoid any injure to the operation staff.

Main lifting motor: with thermal protection and currency protection.

Hooks with latch:to prevent goods fall down;

Rubber buffers .
