Molded grating, whose process differs from that of pultruded grating. It is a panel material with regular meshes that adopts thermosetting resin matrix(including Polyester, Vinyl ester, Phenolic) and glass fiber twist less roving, staggered spread on the large metal die and entirely released after curing. The molded grating could be divided into concave type, smooth grinding type, pattern plate type and grit type according to post treatment.
Characteristic:
1. Molded grating also bear the features of lightweight, high strength, corrosion resistance, electric insulation, nonmagnetic, antiskid and high economic efficiency.
2. Molded grating is fabricated by staggered weaving glass fiber and resin whole perfusion compression.
3. Uniform loading is its structural character which contributes uniform loading favor to grating mounting and bracing structure.
Applications:
Molded grating is usually applied in petrochemical industry, textile& dyeing, food processing, electronic industry, medichine manufacture, sewage treatment , water breeding, shipbuilding and civil construction, etc.
Specific application include operating bench, access path, rig, terrace, stari tread, equipment aisle, trench cover, deck, ventilation grate and fence, etc.
