Scopes of application:
It is widely used in manufacturing factories, power industries, railways, metallurgical and petrochemical industries, mines, workshops, warehouses, theaters and gymnasiums and other large space places.
Features:
◆ The light adopts OSRAM / DURIS S5 (type A), can be continuously used for more than 50,000 hours, life up to 10 years, no need to replace the light source;
◆ High pressure die-casted aluminum housing. The light is rationally integrated design as per the principle of heat blocking and the convection with air flow, better heat dissipation. The joint temperature of the LED can be more than 15℃ lower, so that to reduce the temperature of the whole light, lengthened the life span;
◆ Unique chip arrangement and light distribution design, high transparency chemical toughed glass, light transmission rate up to 93% or more. The whole light is with high luminous efficiency, less light decay, good color rendering index and no shadow;
◆Adopting high purity aluminum reflector (type B), wide light angle, uniform illumination, no glare, no flicker. The color of the object more real, color temperature 2700 ~ 7500K optional, to meet the needs of different environments;
◆ Light is equipped with fully sealed CC-CV and high efficiency waterproof power supply, power efficiency 95% or more, power factor ≥ 0.98. Use of imported components, built-in anti-surge device to improve the the safety factor;
◆ Reasonable structure, beautiful appearance, the use of international ADC12 high-quality aluminum die-casting material. The surface is specially treated, resistance to damp and heat, salt spray, acid corrosion, waterproof, dustproof. Life is 3-5 times of normal housing;
◆ Humanized design, easy installation and disassembly, with special bracket, kinds of installation methods optionl like ceiling mounted, boom type, hanging chain, stand pole, bending rod etc.
