Cone crushers have stationary cone crusher and portable cone crusher. Cone crusher is used for crushing ores and rocks, and the advantages are : reliable structure, high efficiency, easy-to-adjust and economical.
There are Spring cone crusher and Hydraulic cone crusher. Cone crushers consists of frame, transmission device, hollow eccentric shaft, bowl-shaped bearing, crushing cone, springs and hydraulic pressure station for adjusting discharge opening.
Cone crushers is widely used in industries like Ore mines, Road & Building Construction etc. to crush many kinds of mid-hard or hard rocks and ores such as iron ore, limestone, granite, basalt, quartz etc. A-type Cone crushers are used for coarse crushing and B-type cone crushers are used for fine crushing.
Hydraulic cone crusher is integrated with high velocity(RPM), optimal cavity shape and reasonable stroke. This efficient cone crusher has more reasonable and perfect structure and more advanced technology. Cone Crushers Working Principle
When Cone crusher is working, the motor drives the eccentric bush via bevel & pinion gear. Mantle core is forced to swing by the eccentric bush, which makes the mantle sometimes close to the concave, and sometimes far away from concave. The raw materials are pressed, impacted and finally crushed in the crushing chamber.
The Characteristic of Cone Crusher
1. Mutual compatible structure of Primary Cone & Secondary Cone type
- Replacement of liner alone enables the conversion of the Primary Cone type and the Secondary Cone type
- Change of use is very easy at the time of plant movement and increase
2. Concave replacement mechanism
- With the improvement of the liner assembly method, the concave replacement time is shortened.
- Maintenance is possible with the sleeve exchange at the site without welding.
3. Improvement of production volume for 16%
- Compared to same level of model, the production volume is increased for 16% or more.
- The crushing chamber structure is appropriate to optimal crushing mechanism.
4. Hydraulics to open the crushing chamber
- When the crushing chamber is clogged by the mantle in operation, the cleaning time is shortened.
- It improves the operation rate and convenience of facilities.
