1. What is the power consumption of your machine per hour?

The power of the machine is 2.2Kw.

2. What kind of spare parts would be required?

3. What is the scrap (production waste) volume during manufacturing?

Less than 2%

4. Can the machine be used continuously 24hours a day? What is the maintenance time required?

 1.It can run continuously 24 hours a days.

2.In the first 8 month, once for two month. Then it can be once for one month.

3.Two hours will be enough as maintenance time.

5. What is the output production (in Kg) per 8 hour shift?

Output: 6-12 kg/hour. 48-96Kg per shift(depend on the speed you choose)

 6. What is the stainless steel wire raw material can take? 

Thickness (mm/inch), Hardness (mm/inch), Maximum Weight (KG/LBS)

 The thickness for raw material is around 0.2mm, It can be ss410 and ss430. Generally the hardness is irrespective. 

You can use the raw material in small roller or in big roller. Both are ok.

 7. How do we adjust the sizes of the produced scourers (in grams)?

 It can be controlled by this device. Each one can each ball’s weight.

 8. How long does it take to train a skilled operator? How can we have the operator trained?

 Generally it will only take no more than 1-2 day to learn the skill.

9. How many machines can one skilled operator operate?

10. What is the required space needed for each set of machine (related equipment) and accessories?

The space for QJT-QD-4A is 1.18mX 0.94mX1.2m(the air compressor not included)

The space for QJT-QD-4C is 1.32mX0.94mX1.18m(the air compressor not included)

11. How many sets can fit into a 20' Full Container load?

Eight sets can fit into a 20' full container load for both kinds of machines.

12. What is the packing method of your scourer making machine during delivery?

The machine will be packed into plywood case special for exporting. And Also it will also be covered by a plastic bag.

13. How can you help us to set up the machine? 

1. For these two machines, only few parts will be taken down before export. Very convenient for your to install the machines.

2. All the machines will be tested before exporting. What needed to be done at your place is to start making product.

3. If you have problems with the machine, we will help. 

4. Engineers are available to help set the machines in your place.

14. How long do you guarantee machines? What are the guarantee details?

Guarantee: free one-year warranty, durable maintenance and repair support.

Warranty period for all equipment and spare parts are 12 months since the date of reaching the warranty capacity.During the warranty period, the buyer shall promptly inform the seller of any detected errors or damages due to the seller and manufacturer’s fault.The seller shall compensate by repair or replace these above-mentioned detected parts in 20 days since the day of receiving notices sent by fax from the buyer.

15. Who are your current customers using this machines? Which generation is your machine?

Our factory does not have ISO certificate. But we have CE certificate. CE Number is

17. How long will one set machine order take?

The time for finish one machine order will be about 28 days.
