A continual programme of research and development ensures that our material usage and production processes are at the cutting edge of the industry internationally. In consultation with our clients we actively monitor and cross correlate grinding media consumption with mill performance to reduce megawatt hours per tonne and maximise grinding efficiency.
Our manufacturing facilities utilise a continuous bar forging system with traditionally air hammer, skew rolling machines & induction heating. This operation manufactures balls ranging in size from 15mm to 150mm by roll forging and SAG balls in the size range 125mm to 150mm are produced by upset air hammer forging. We also offering grinding rods for rod mill applications. 

And we also have automatically casting chromium alloy grinding iron production line with low/medium/high Cr content upto 32% Max. They were applying in Cement plants, milling coals, power generations, chemical industries, etc.
Steel chemistry and heat treatment are tailored to ball diameter and intended application to optimise mechanical integrity and wear resistance. This produces a ball which resists spalling and breakage.
