HB Series Lengthways Veneer Slicer
Usage:
This lengthways veneer slicer is used to make veneers out of high valued wood with good grain and color for surface coating. The veneers can be used in door making, upholstery and panel furniture. Compared with frame saw and horizontal bandsaw, it saves wood by 30%~50%. With the popularity of artificial boards and booming furniture industry, sliced veneer is playing a more important role in the market. Our veneer slicer is taking bigger and bigger market share.

1. Key parts
A. Swiss ABB motors or German Siemens motors which meet European latest criteria EFF2 have been adopted by our lengthways veneer slicer, save power up to 13%, less fever heat and durable in use.
B. Japanese professional slicing knife (Kanefusa brand), ensuring good quality veneers.
C. Japanese Omron sensor is used to keep reliable performance.
D. Equipped with AUTONICS encoder from South-Korea.
E. Siemens man-machine interface has been equipped on this lengthways veneer slicer.
F. Electric braking system without brake block independently developed by our engineers.
G. French Schneider electric components have been adopted by this lengthways veneer slicer.
H. Italian professional feeding belt.
2. Machine Body
A. Main parts are made of cast iron which makes this lengthways veneer slicer durable for long-term use and stable in work.
B. Chromed columns, preventing wearing off.
C. Well ground guideway, guaranteeing high performance.
D. Roll feeding style, getting wood moved easily.
3. Performances
A. Output: About 25pcs veneers per minute (based on 2-meter wood and automatic cycle feeding system).
B. Cutting thickness shown in digit. Degree of accuracy reaches 0.01mm.
C. Pressing table lift/down controlled automatically and manually.
Equipped with wireless foot pedal.
