BDV Insulating Oil Tester

IIJ-II Series Transformer Oil Dielectric Strength Tester is specially designed for testing dielectric strength (Breakdown Voltage) of transformer oil.

In the electric power system, the insulation oil is widely applied in many insulation electric equipment. The breakdown voltage (dielectric strength) is one of the most important parameters, it is a rule of the voltage withstand. The value of breakdown voltage (dielectric strength) indicates whether the oil contains water, impurity and electric particles, and you’ll know the oil value via the breakdown voltage (dielectric strength).

IIJ-II Series Transformer Oil Dielectric Strength Tester provides repeatable, accurate measurement of breakdown voltage of insulating oils used in electrical equipment. These versatile, light weight units have been designed for both field and laboratory use.

IIJ-II Series Transformer Oil Dielectric Strength Tester is designed as per the standard of IEC156 dielectric strength of insulating oil.This product adopt industrial single-chip control system, large-scale integrated circuit, new-style I/O interface, with unique inspection and anti-jamming technique, which greatly improve the equipment performance and reliability.
