This machine equipped with Raycus fiber 500W laser source, Taiwan Gear Raw and Janpanese Panasonic servo motor and driver, this machine meet customers requirements of cutting flat metal sheet and pipe/tube on one machine ,the max cutting diameter can up to 200mm,improving the efficiency. 2, Low operating and maintenance cost, only 6% of CO2 laser

Machine Technical Parameters:

Advantanges of fiber laser cutting machine:

1. Stable machine body structure: it adopts gantry structure and high-strength cast aluminum alloy X-Axis beam. So it improves the stable of cutting machine and the precision of working.

2. High-performance transmission system: high power Three Japan Panasonic servo motors and Double Taiwan HIWIN ball screw. X and Y axis are equipment with 1500 watts Panasonic servo motors and Z axis is 400 watts. Transmission system is used TAIWAN HIWIN ball-screw which is best in the field. These parts insure the cutting speed and high precision.

3. Advanced laser generator: fiber laser generator imported from IPG/ Raycus company with flexible optical path. This kind generator has long lifetime and stable laser power. GSI company has been working on laser device for many years and has a pretty good fame in the world.

4. Highly sensitive cutting head: this cutting machine equiped with original laser-mec cutting head imported from USA. LaserMech cutting head is of good quality and with dynamic focus system. So it can sure the high quality of cutting samples.

Fiber laser cutting machine and YAG or CO2 laser cutting machine:

Fiber laser cutting machine has a far exceed than YAG or CO2 laser machine. As the fiber laser can be more absorbed by the cutting metal, and the fiber laser power is pretty stable. Also the fiber laser machine consume less because of less mirrors and no consumables. Even the cooling water chiller is 1.8kw compared with the YAG machine use 5.6kw water chiller.
