Horizontal ultrasonic generator for non-woven /plastic
Introduction:
The Ultrasonic Generator with Ultrasonic Transducer and Horn constitute a whole Ultrasonic System, which is the most important part of Ultrasonic Welding or Cutting Machine.
Principle:
The transducer will transfer high-frequency electrical energy, which is produced
by Ultrasonic Generator, into high-frequency mechanical vibration, which will work on plastic products by Booster. Ten of thousand times frication each second between one plastic product and the other will be generated by high-frequency mechanical vibration. And then the contact area between plastic products will be fused promptly.
Applied range:
It can connect with non-woven fabric auto-machine, 3-layer bag making machine, paper cups tube film welding machine, stationery making machine, plastic welding machine.ziplock bag welding machine, non-woven fabric bag making machine, plastic bag welding machine, photo album and name card holder, stationery, medical welding machine, etc.
