Horizontal continous ultrasonic system
Introduction:
Ultrasonic Transducer, Ultrasonic Generator and Ultrasonic Horn or Welding Head, which are consist of ultrasonic welding system.
Description:
Ultrasonic welding is a high-tech which is used on welding thermoplastic products, and all kinds of thermoplastic rubber products can be welded by ultrasonic. It doesn’t need any adhesives, supplements or solvents, and it’s low energy-consuming. The machine has the advantages of simple operation, high welding strength and productivity. Therefore, ultrasonic welding technology has been used more and more widely and deeply in recent years.
Principle:
Ultrasonic welding principle is that the welder operate by inducing ultrasonic frequencies in machining components that is converted into heat between the welded laminates.Frictional heat is produced so that thermoplastic parts melt and an insoluble connection between parts is forged in a very short period of time. The melting points of both working pieces is nearly equivalent which helps to form a uniform weld area. The welded area is usually as strong as the matrix material.
