Ultrasonic Welding System for Nonwoven Products(Bags,Changers,Auto-parts,etc)
Main Parts:
Ultrasonic Generator, Ultrasonic Transducer and Ultrasonic Horn.
Working Principle:
The transducer will transfer the high frequency electric erergy,which is produced by the ultrasonic generator, into high frequency mechanical vibration,which will work on nonwoven products by the welding head.Ten of thousand times frication each second between one nonwoven and the other will be produced by high-frequency mechianical vibration.And then contact area between nonwoven products will be fused promptly.
Principle:
It can be connected on nonwoven bag making machine, nonwoven surgical mask making machine, nonwoven air-con filter making machine, nonwoven glove making machine, etc.
