Vertical Ultrasonic system
1. Main Parts:
Ultrasonic Generator, Ultrasonic Transducer and Ultrasonic Horn.
2. Working Principle:
The transdeucer will transfer the high frequency electric erergy,which was produced by the ultrasonic generator,into high frequency mechanical vibration,which will work on nonwoven products by the welding head.Ten of thousand times ultrasound for frication each second between one nonwoven and the other will be produced by high-frequency mechianical vibration.And then contact area between nonwoven products will be fused promptly.
3.Applied Range:
It can connecte with nonwoven bag making machine, nonwoven surgical mask making machine, nonwoven air-con filter making machine, nonwoven glove making machine, etc.
