Perfect Laser's Handheld Stylus Engraver for Metal PEQD-030E(dot peen marking machine) integrates computer, automatic control and precise machinery. It is industrial marking equipment which can make logo (characters, letters, VIN code, serial numbers, date and graphics) on metal or no-metal work pieces permanently.
Applicable Material & Fields of Handheld Stylus Engraver for Metal PEQD-030E:
Pneumatic Engraver is both for flat surface marking and rotary marking on various kinds of metals (such as steel, stainless steel, iron, copper, aluminum, alloys, etc.) and hard non-metal labels & accessories.
Due to the rotary marking function, this model is widely used for marking characters, letters, serials numbers and VIN codes on bodywork of motorcycles, connecting rods, engines, steel pipe, cylinder and cylinder various stepper motors and mechanical parts, machine tools, metal pipes, pump bodies, valves, fastening pieces and various hard plastic products.
Product Features of Handheld Stylus Engraver for Metal PEQD-030E:
1. PEQD-030E type takes complete LCD control screen, integrates PC, display, and control system into one unit, no need to work with computer, with smaller size which can save space, easier to operate and high efficiency.
2. The portable marking head of the dot peen markers is Perfect Laser’s original design, only with 2 Kg, portable and smart, very easy to carry.
3. The marking pin head adopt imported hard alloy, and is made up by precision mould and molding for once. The rigidity of marking needle can reach-HRC92. Its’ excellent processing ability during work ensures the accuracy of high-speed marking and can make perfect marks on the work-pieces.
4. Adopts American MAC “High-Frequency Valve”. The vibration lifespan can reach 0.1-0.2 billion times, so as to ensure the long and stable operation of the machine.
5. Adopt Japan OMRON “positioning switch”, which can guarantee high accuracy& steadily performance.
6. Using Germany made “linear-moving guide rail”, which can do auto lubricating & air-proof as well as dust-proof. Therefore, it guarantees the equipment with long-time stable performance & high accuracy.
7. Adopt “marking steel-sheath system”, which own-exploited by Perfect Laser, can solve the problem of big-noise that frequently that offen occurred during marking. What’s more, with the advantages of little abrasion rate & only require about 0.2Mpa air pressure, so our machines are economical to avoid unnecessary wasting in energy & cost.
8. The lifetime of the dot peen markers could exceed 10 years. The average MTTF could exceed 15000 hours. This machine is free of maintenance and low running cost.
9. Support logos and graphs designed in DXF format from AutoCAD, CorelDraw.
10. This dot peen marking machine can support multi-kinds font: MG Font, SHX Font in Auto CAD, CHR in Borland, TTF in Windows.
