Perfect Laser’s Industrial Dot Peen Marking Machine (Model: PEQD-100E) is suitable for Flat Marking and nameplate marking.
It is a industrial marking equipment which can make logo (characters, letters, VIN code, serial numbers, date and graph) on work piece (metal or no-metal materials) permanently.
Applicable Industry:
Automobile, Motorcycle, Mechanism, Petroleum, Aeronautical and Space, Electric apparatus.
Applicable Material:
It is adequate for marking characters, letters, serials numbers and VIN codes on bodywork of motorcycles, connecting rods, engines, steel pipe, cylinder and cylinder various stepper motors and mechanical parts, machine tools, metal pipes, pump bodies, valves, fastening pieces and various hard plastic products.

1. It enables flat surface marking of the work piece.

3. Controlled by computer, with the easy-to–operate WINDOWS system, Perfec Laser’s professional marking software has a wide application and can operate under WINDOWS XP /7.
4. Powerful edit function. It can mark any logo (character, letter and graph, data code, series number, VIN code, engine numbers) automatically.
5. It can support logos and graphs designed in DXF format from AutoCAD, CorelDraw.
6. It can support multi-kinds font: MG Font, SHX Font in Auto CAD, CHR in Borland, and TTF in Windows.
7. Marking contents could be saved automatically and not be destroyed during power-off of the machine.
8. Both planar and three-dimensional rotating is available.

Q: Does this machine have consumable?
Answer:
Dear, we will send 2 sets of fitting-parts (including: marking pin, pin head spring, positioning switch, rubber washer) free of charge to you together with the machine.
The value of the fittig parts is USD 65.00.
It can be used for at least 3-5 year. And the pinhead can be re-sharped by sanding machine.
So we recommend to backup 1-2 sets for future usage. Then, no more consumables.
