Product Description
Automatic roller heat press machine sealing machine
Features:
1.The most advanced technology and high quality componients are adopted by machine, controlling system with automatic positioning, accuracy together with security, electronic constant temperature controlling with high accuracy, long service life and other features.
2. With automatic rewinding function, it is especially economical and practical to process heat sublimation transfer for whole cloth, fabric etc.
3. Heating wheel is controlled by sealed and heat-oil heating to efficiently ensure the even and stable temperature.
4. Printing speed is equipped with continuous speed adjustment system, feeding equipment is convenient for operation with swiftness and high reliability.
5. Equipped with continuous speed adjustment system, you can adjust printing speed as you need.The roller was heating up with oil and temperature heating system.
Operation :
Set the appropriate pressure, the pressure location to 3.5
Pay attention to the position and size between fabric and printing paper, prevent pollution of belt or roller
If useing thin printing paper, please place the printing paper in the middle layer, thin printing paper will osmosis pattern
If using thick printing paper, it can be attached to the roller, fabric placed in the middle layer
Matching 1: Roller + Thick printing paper + Roll fabric or Rags + anti-pollution white paper
Matching 2: Roller + Roll fabric + Thin printing paper+ anti-pollution white paper
Matching 3: Roller + Thick printing paper + Rags + anti-pollution white paper
Matching 4: Roller + Anti-pollution white paper + Thin printing paper + Rags

The power is 14KW. the heating time is about 90mins .Please heat the machine ahead .
Multi heat pipe design,low power,heating is more uniform, and heat pipes have longer service life
Integral casting aluminum roller, free life-long maintenance, safe and durable
The temperature reaches the setting temperature after 10 minutes for best printing effect
When rotation speed is 50HZ, the transfer time is 13 seconds. Please adjust speed and temperature according to actual situation. Then batch production is available.

After place material, please cover the black cover.
