1. Which products you can produce?

We are a professional garments label manufacture, specialize in this field more than 10 years and have our own factory.
Mainly product labels, hangtags, shopping  bags, stickers, embroidery patch ,plastic tags, metal tags, leather labels and so on. 

2. How about the supply capacity?

We have more than 200 workers and we believe that we can meet your demand.

3. How about the working time?

We usually work on 8:00-21:30, contains the weekend. 

4. How about the delivery way?

By air or By sea,  based on your selections.

5. How about the sample time? 

The samples time will be 3-5 days after confirm the design.

6. Can you offer free samples?  

Yes ,we can offer free samples for woven labels ,wash care labels and hangtag. 

7. How about  the production time?

Usually it will take 5-7 working days for woven labels and 10-15 days for hangtag. 

If you need the items urgent, we will try our best to make it first. 

8. How about the delivery day? 

Usually it will take 3-5 working days for delivery .

9. How about the shippment?

We will ship the items by TNT ,DHL and Fedex .UPS.  

10. How about the shipping cost?

We will check a optimal shipping way for you or according to your choice. 

11. How about the packing? 

Usually the woven labels wil be cut and 1000pcs/bag.

Swingtag will be 50pcs/lot and then pack in carton .

12. How about the payment?

Usually we accepte T/T,Paypal and western union .

13. Do you have any certificate ?

Yes, we have got the OEKO-TEX100. 

14. How can I confirm the quanlity of items?

Usually we will make some samples for your approval before mass production .

15. What form of the artwork can accept?

As the artwork ,it should be AI ,PSD,CRD or clear PDF.

16. What I need to supply for place an order?

Please let me know the size, material, quantity and sent the artwork is ok. 

17. Do you accept small quanity?

Yes, we accept samll MOQ, for example MOQ 200PCS for woven labels and MOQ 500yards for ribbons.
