The wefting device features 6 connecting weft rods and can ensure the adjustment
of the rapier entry and exit time, while at the same time providing stable wafting and weft connection. This machine also utilizes 4 connecting rods, short connectors and a short reed seat to complete the beating motion; the rocker shaft has a seamless tube with a diameter of 110mm to ensure the beating strength. Therefore, the machine is suitable for high-speed motions and for weaving heavy and high-density fabrics. The rapier transmission box is equipped with advanced helix umbrella gears to ensure stable transmission. The tension device has a 3-rear-beam tension structure, which is specially designed for balancing the warp tension of high-density weaving and can improve the quality of woven fabrics.
