Description:
ZAHN cups(CHAISHI cups), according to the relevant provisions of the American Society of Materials Laboratory paint and raw material Standard ASTM No. D4212-93 "Standard Test Method for Viscosity Cup immersion combined with actual production.
The viscosity cup to test-Newtonian or near-Newtonian viscosity of the liquid. Can be used anywhere in the workshop, factory and laboratory, used to quickly check and adjust a variety of different fluid viscosity. Before use should select the appropriate cup number, the time control to the effluent is between 20 to 80 seconds.
Each dip cup has a 12 inch long annular handle ,hold this handle can be dip cup immersed in a liquid container.Refers to the annular ring has a center of the handle, easy to maintain a vertical position during use immersed cup."Zahn seconds" at a predetermined temperature for a particular results obtained by the dip cup.Zahn seconds "convert Stoke PCT, refer to ASTM D 4212.
Note: Use with a high precision stopwatch when measuring.
