NITOFLON Fluoroplastic-impregnated Glass-cloth Adhesive Tape No.973UL
Outline
Glass cloth base material impregnated with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) dispersion then sintered. Single surface treated and coated with a silicone adhesive, which exhibits excellent heat resistance and mechanical strength.
Features
1,Superior mold-releasing and sliding properties.
2, Good holding property at elevated temperatures and dimensional stability.
3,The non-adhesive side exhibits excellent characteristics of polytetrafluoroethylene such as electrical properties, resistance to heat, weather, chemical, and water (water-shedding), and non-adhesiveness.
Applications
1,Heat-resistant insulation
2,Heat-resistant lubricants for heat sealing
3,Chute and hopper linings
4,Surface coating of sizing rolls for dying and resin treatment
