Nine Corrugations Isolated Magnetic Ink Roller
Be made of aluminum alloy by extrusion rotation with whole body nine corrugations, quality assurance, beautiful appearance, easy to clean, easily eliminating air bubbles, increasing ink flowing circulation, isolated impurities in ink tank completely prevented ink dried, to improve printing quality.
Features
1.Isolated rings are installed at both ends to protect printing plate better to protect of the plate cylinder and extend the service life cylinder & ink stick ;
2. Nine corrugations increase the rotation speed ;
3. ¢45mm, the diameter increased 5mm compared with normal-type, easier for ink circulation ;
4. It can be processed specifications within 3000mm length; integration, without joints ;
5. With small proportion, it floats high in the ink to enhance the surface ink circulation ;
6. Sealed at both ends of corrosion-resistant, roller surface is ultra-resistant ;
Function: uniform ink, isolated air bubble, to prevent the crust .
