Description
This all-in-one versatile ink roller is the most advanced and perfect magnetic ink roller ever. Compared with common one,it possesses unexampled advantages which have helped to solve many stirring problems in gravure printing,to reduce cost and improve printing quality as well.
- Functionality: Effectively protect printing plate and eliminate ink impurity with isolation nets.
- Practicability: One versatile ink roller equals to several common ones with the design of infinite regulation which makes the roller meet any material or length of printing plate.
- Durability: The elaborated-designed impurity cavity and isolation nets protect the printing plate away from harmful substances such as heavy metal particles, doctor blade particles.etc,realize dual function of ink isolation,reduce scoring with longer lifespan of printing plate,ink roller and doctor blade while decrease the cost dramatically as a result.
Use : Push or pull the bidirectional screw to a same distance from both ends and keep the edge distance of two isolation nets be equal to plates plates length while operation
Maintenance:
After using,be sure to clean ink roller with solvent,unload to wash isolation net,eliminate heavy metal particles in cavity by cotton cloth and cleanse the adjusting assembly.Install the isolation net back and hung the roller up to avoid collision after cleanout.(Isolation net must be installed to prevent adjusting assembly from abrasion for next use.
Specifications:
While ordering,fifty millimeters are recommended to be deducted according to printing plates length therefore the all-in-one versatile ink roller can be adjusted to any required length.The roller is fifteen millimeters away from both ends of plate without touching image portions through operating,which accomplishes the roller′s versatility and harmlessness to printing plates.
