AARON blade adopts carbon steel substrate, the surface coated with harder coating. Coating provides better corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance. Suitable for corrosive inks and varnish for printing. harder coating on the blade tip, extend the life of the blade. Can effectively reduce printing problems and to provide a clear effect, meanwhile, can effectively reduce dragging, thereby reducing waste. And reduce the times of replacing blade, it means less downtime, printing cylinders stripping and re-carving is also reduced. During use, the coating can also protect the doctor blade from the damage of ink impurities, thereby reducing the color change and stripes It appears.
AARON doctor blade is also suitable for coating application, it is good effective when using UV ink.
