KJB Series Automatic Cylinder Spot UV Screen Printing Machine
This series include model KJB-720/780/1020 full-auto cylinder screen press is a kind of automatic flat screen press with high efficiency , high quality (linear touch, more suitable for spot printing), high precision (usually the precision of overprint is less than 0.15mm), it is suitable for sequence printing in bulk of high precision screen productions. It is suitable for sequence printing in bulk of high precision screen productions. It is suitable for 108~400g/m2 materials, especially for paper productions (such as cigarette case,. wine case, toiletry case, present case, brand, poster, other paper packing production and special fake against materials etc),flower paper, soft plastic etc.
Main Characteristics:
1Driven by frequency control motor, the whole machine movement is controlled by PLC program logic controller, optional and touched operation screen shows all functions and data which makes the operation more convenient and simple.
2Full-automatic inspect the malfunction with the whole process, stoppage and pressure-off automatic when no paper or paper locked, so that decrease the waste of paper.
3Perfect alarm system can show the workers to deal with the malfunction purposefully which make the service more easily and quickly.
4Except the motor ,the full set electron elements import, increase the stability of the wiring system and decrease the difficulty of service inspect and measure.
5Cast iron machine body machining minutely by Shanghaimachining center, can ensure the precision of the crucial elements, make the machine runs stablylasting and quickly.
6The machine assembles the back pick-up feeder and two-ply pile feeder without stoppage increase the printing efficiency. Single or consecutive feeding can be changed freely.
