Emulsion polyacrylamide
This product is our high level of efficiency liquid flocculants, using oil-in-water advanced technology, with the W / O emulsifier in oil from the polymerization medium, compared with conventional products, with instant, wide PH range and high charge stability, good flocculation effect, with less multi-functional characteristics.
Applications
Sewage treatment: urban sewage, industrial waste water, fruit and oil processing wastewater treatment sludge dewatering.
Oilfield applications: drilling mud coating agents; and surfactants, demulsifiers fit for oilfield operations oily wastewater.
Paper industry: the production of newsprint, fine paper, cardboard and other paper products, used as a retention aid.

4)enhance the strength of dry or wet paper. With this product, the strength of wet paper can be enlarged for 10 to 20 times, dry paper can add 50%. Mainly used in kraft paper, map paper, advertising paper, photo paper, etc.

Application:
The emulsion retention aids main effects:
♥Pulp significantly increased fines and filler retention, saving fiber, lower raw material costs;
♥Better fines, colloids, fillers such as retention, can improve quality assurance and paper;
♥Reduce the concentration of Whitewater, Whitewater reduce the solid content, thereby reducing the white water recovery and wastewater treatment plant load;
♥ Improve the network portion of the dehydration rate, so that further enhance the speed or reduce steam consumption become possible;
♥ Improve network blanket cleanliness, to extend the use of blanket network performance and life cycle;
♥ Can effectively improve the sizing of paper, reducing the amount of sizing agent;
♥ Reduce system deposits, to help clear the system of harmful substances, improve runnability.
Package: The product is packed in 1200kg/IBC, or 250kg/drum
Storage: Store in room, dry and well-ventilated without direct sunshine, store temperature 5-30 °C.

Handling and storage
Rubber gloves, goggles and protective clothing are recommended for use while handling these products. Recommended materials of construction include fibreglass reinforced plastic(FRP), high-density and/or cross linked polyethylene, glass or epoxy-lined vessels, Stainless steel is recommended for interim storage of neat polymer. Depending on environmental conditions and the length of time, corrosion of stainless steel is possible. Stainless steel, Teflon, Various plastics and rubbers are acceptable for pumps, seals and feed lines for both neat products and product solutions. Avoid natural rubber and Buna-N gasket as these tend to swell when placed in contact with neat polymer. Do not use iron, copper aluminium or brass. The shelf life of these products is 6 months when stored at temperatures between 5 and 30 °c. For best results avoid freezing. If the product freezes, thaw completely and mix prior to use.
Spilled polymer is very slippery and should be absorbed onto an inert material and collected prior to thoroughly flushing with water.
Product additon
Prior to initial use, the JSE200 series emulsion flocculants should be agitated thoroughly via a low speed(<475rpm) drum/IBC mixer or a recirculation pump to ensure uniformity. Recommended working solution are 0.5% concentration; however, stock solution can be prepared up to 1% via an automated make-up unit or on a batch basis. Solultions should be aged 30min for maximum effectiveness. High quality make up water should be used. Secondary dilution water can be added to the stock solution prior to the addition point to improve mixing with the substrate at a ratio up to 10:1. A distributing header or distribution ring is recommended in the treatment stream. Avoid centrifugal pumps for polymer transfer.
