Product Description
Anti-Static Nylon Pa 6 Bristles filament for hair comb brush manufacturing.
Nylon PA6 is raw material used for making PA6 industrial filaments. They are made by melt-extrusion, water cooling, stretching and annealing in hot air chambers. Besides having dimensional stability, they can possess antibacterial, negative ions releasing, deodorizing, and high temperature resistant properties by incorporating various additives. Main applications are cleaning brushes, hair combs, etc.
Nylon 6 filament has outstanding mechanical performances, such as high tensile strength and excellent abrasion resistance. It absorbs water from the environment until it reaches an equilibrium constant with the ambience relative humidity, with a progressive proportional decrease of their stiffness. For this reasons, Nylon 6 filamentis commonly used for industrial brushes in dry applications but also for cosmetic sector.
