Although crimped filaments bend over while brushing and drying hairs, only high quality and temperature resistant bristles are in a ideal positioning at the return brushing stage giving the impression of a smooth and more densely filled brush. Filaments that tend to group together are better suited for brush seal applications. This is important for certain applications, especially for cylinder brushes where a smooth brush face is required.
Even filaments for mascara are always different from each other and they frequently come in several sections and diameters . For these reasons DAMI is willing to support customer to make the right choice for each specific hair brush or to provide filaments with excellent performances while operating in high temperature (Hair Dryer)
NYLON 66 double stabilized is the right material for general hair brushes applications.
NYLON 46 is the right choice for the most powerful hair dryers.

Upon customer’s different request, beside normal straight or crimped filament in different cross-section, we also offer performance filament with resistance to UV radiation, Anti-microbial, Flame-retarding,Temperature-resistant,charcoal of bamboo, Anti-static, Negative-ion, Tourmaline, Vesicant, Noctilucence, Conduction of electricity.
Bundle Packing: PE tube, PE wrap, crepe paper ,spool
PE tube: This packaging is suitable for more than 0.3mm in diameter
PE wrap: Facilitate the customers to cut fixed length. Is suitable for more than 0.25mm in diameter.
PE tube with PE wrap: the moisture effect conducive to long term storage. Good for a diameter of 0.25mm or less
PE tube with crepe paper : Moisture-proof effect is very good . Is suitable for less than 0.50mm diameter.
