NYLON610 Abrasive Filament can meet craft requirements of most customers and work any conditions featuring an economical product, low rate of water absorption, resilience, durability.

With a melting point of 215C and heat distortion temperature of170C, cooling fluid or wet fog shall be employed under the working condition of high speed and pressure to prolong its lifetime.

Our abrasive filaments are manufactured from Nylon 6, Nylon 610 and Nylon 612 polymers and are available in SiC, AO, Diamond .

Availability-wise, you will not just find the standard grit sizes from 36 – 1000, but on request the option of all diameters and grit size combinations. The vast majority of our range is available for immediate delivery from stock.
