N612 abrasive filament is high-class filament with superior performance such as: low water absorption, high durability, great bend recovery, and good toughness. Comparing to other types, N612 abrasive filament is more close to the advanced international standard. With a melting point of 210°C and a heat distortion temperature of 180°C, N612 abrasive filament is suitable for short-time surface finishing. However, under work conditions with high wheel speed and high pressure, it is better to use cooling system to avoid heat fusing, heat ageing issues and to increase the lifetime of N612 abrasive filament. DAMI abrasive filaments are produced by loading abrasive grits such as silicon carbide (SIC) or aluminum oxide (AO) or DIAMOND evenly into high-quality nylon and extruding the mixture into filaments.

DAMI abrasive filaments have superior stiffness, good flexibility, and great elasticity. Brushes made with DAMI abrasive filaments are highly efficient in grinding, finishing, polishing, and deburring in different industries and for different surfaces e.g. curved, concave, convex surfaces or insides of pipes without damaging the dimensions and fineness of the workpiece.
