DAMI abrasive filaments are produced by loading abrasive grits such as silicon carbide (SIC) or aluminum oxide (AO) evenly into high-quality nylon and extruding the mixture into filaments.

DAMI abrasive filaments have superior stiffness, good flexibility, and great elasticity. Brushes made with DAMI abrasive filaments are highly efficient in grinding, finishing, polishing, and deburring in different industries and for different surfaces e.g. curved, concave, convex surfaces or insides of pipes without damaging the dimensions and fineness of the workpiece.

Crimp: standard crimp (light crimp)/ heavy crimp/ straight
Standard grit load: 30% for #80-#320; 25% for #36, #46, and #400-#600; 18%-20% for #800-#1200;average tolerance is±2%.

 

Nylon612 abrasive filament is high-class filament with superior performance such as: low water absorption, high durability, better bend recovery, and more toughness. Comparing to other types, Nylon612 abrasive filament is more close to international standard and is therefore competitive with international famous brands.
