alkyd resin production line ,used for making alkyd resins for paint factory for water based paint ,and so on
The complete production process:
- put the material to the 5000L reactor kettle,start heating ,when the temperature reach about 100 degrees,it will produc gases,and the gas will into the separation column.
- after part be cooled by the separation column, the rest gas into horizontal condenser,then condenser will cooling the gas ,after all the water and gas will into the catchment device.
- the catchment device,will separate material back to reactor kettle,and exclude the water.(the process may be last about fifteen to twenty hours)
- during the reaction process,in order to improve the speed, can extracting vacuum,when reach the suitable time, sampling, assay viscosity,if meet the requiment, then cooling.
- when the temperature reach 130 degrees,put the raw materials to dilute kettle,and add Xylene (this kind of material) to dilute kettle, diluting , cooling ,then make the prodction you need.
different:the complete production line delete the distribution ark and heating pump ,but add the boiler,after the oil in thermal oil furnace is heat by the gas, through the oil stick into the reaction kettle interlayer cycle,then back to the thermal oil furnace go on heating, recycling again, it is such a heating principle as the heater.
