phenol resin /expoxy resin production line     is mainly composed of five parts of Vertical Condensator, Horizontal Condensator, Reaction Vessel, Oil-water Separator and Fractionating column. Can be widly used in Polyester resin,Epoxy Resin,Phenolic Resin.Alkyd Resin,Fiber glass Resin,Artificial Marble Resin Industry etc.

 Lab Type Components:

1.50L Electric Heating Reactor   1 Set

2.100L Dilute Kettle                    1 Set

Material of 304 Stainless steel          

 The complete production process:

1.       put the material to the reactor kettle,start heating ,when the temperature reach about 100 degrees,it will produce gases,and the gas will into the separation column.

2.        after part be cooling by the separation column, the rest gas into horizontal condenser,then condenser will cooling the gas ,after cooling into the catchment device.

3.        part of material and water in the catchment device, separate material to reactor kettle,and exclude the water.(the process may be last about fifteen to twenty hours)

4.       during the reaction process,in order to speed up, can extracting vacuum,when reach the time sampling, assay viscosity,if complify the requiment then cooling.

when the temperature reach 130 degrees,hit the raw materials to dilute kettle,and put material to dilute kettle, diluting , cooling ,then make the prodction you need.
