Feature:
1, Pipeline emulsifying machine used in the emulsification, homogenization and dispersion of the industrial production of products.
2, The machine is composed of one, two, three grade stator and rotor, each level is divided into the two-story, four, six, eight, even bite the rotor and stator, the material through the layers of shear, dispersing, emulsifying, the processing material is sucked into the rotor, to withstand the shearing action of tens of thousands of times, thereby ensuring the multiphase liquid highly dispersed and fixed particles rapidly thinning purposes.
3, Pipeline emulsifying machine using a specially designed combination of high-speed rotor and stator, motor driven rotor with its high line speed and high-frequency mechanical effects to strong kinetic energy, so that the material in the rotor and stator gap precision byshearing, centrifugal extrusion, friction in the liquid layer, the impact of the combined effects of the tear and turbulent, so as to achieve dispersion, grinding, emulsification effect. Multi-stage rotor and stator combinations and composite structure configuration, depending on the process requirements.
