Brown maltodextrin mainly be used for coffee mix, chocolate mix, cocoa drink. But is also can be used for other products which need brown coloring and the taste like coffee.  

Suggest dosage for coffee mix: 5-30%

Suggest dosage for chocolate mix: 5-20%

Suggest dosage for cocoa mix: 5-20%

Brown maltodextrin is made of normal maltodextrin and caramelized sugar. Compare with normal maltodextrin beside the same function it also has its special function:
