How to handle Sake of Niigata

KUBOTA

In the year after we started selling our "Kubota" sake, we built a rice mill equipped with

high-performance rice-milling machines to attain even higher quality.

Quality sake requires quality rice. The quality of the rice used for sake is extremely important.

As any veteran sake brewer will tell you, how he brews sake depends on the quality of

the rice harvested that year.

This is where we store our ginjo sake aiming for high quality and high added value.

This storehouse's concept is, "Since people make the sake,

people are in the middle of the storehouse."

The storage tanks in the storage building are jacketed tanks and thermal tanks.

They are kept at low temperatures for the proper aging of the sake.

Different tanks are used for different products and different storage periods.

Meat cannot be exported to some countries according to local laws.
We can ship one or more bottles of sake or soy sauce as a sample via EMS.
