Features:
Automatic MAP tray sealer is suitable for modified atmosphere packaging of all kinds of foods such as cold fresh products, cooked products, moon-cake, pastry, melon and fruit, fast food and vegetables.
The machine can help keep the food fresh for longer time, substitute the air inside the tray with oxygen, carbon dioxide and nitrogen, selled in supermarket.
We supply serious of MAP tray sealer machine, including MV-280/350/380/550/680/750, MV 280 and MV-350 are semi-automatic, while MV-380/550/680/750 are full-automatic.
working Principle
1.Using electric, gas, machine control, the programmable logic controller with touch screen to realize manmachine interface dialogue, each part of the action and control parameters can be set, modified. Control is convenient and reliable, low failure rate.
2.Will have to fill in the packaging of goods into the next mold cavity after the packaging process is automatically completed: vacuum, inflatable - hot press sealing - cutting - packaging products.
3.The main components of the frame are made of stainless steel, in line with food hygiene requirements.
4.Compact structure, small area, easy to operate.
5.The shape of the mold can be selected by the user to configure the box shaped.
