 The whole production line introduction

1,The whole production line has the function of mixing rice and oat flakes liquid, grinding, drying, forming process. The equipment parts which contact the products are made of SUS 304 or food grade materials.

2, Nutrition rice powder has the function of fast melting and fast to eating, and easy to digest. It can be designed with different recipe according to different consumer. The products are divided into Infant and young child nutritive rice powder, middle aged and elderly people nutritive rice powder, and convenience nutritive rice powder.
3, Oat flakes have abundant nutrition. It has many health care functions. And it has high protein content. It has the max function of low content of starch, low content of sugar, and high content of fiber. It has special curative effect for hyperlipidemia and diabetes prophylaxis and treatment.
4, Nutrition rice powder and Oat flakes products market is very wide. This production line has been improved configuration. It can also produce 3 in 1 fast melting oat flakes, nutrition rice powder, and a-starch products.

5, This production line has the capacity 3-3.5 tons/24hours. Electric supply: 3 phases, 380V.
