Reducing pipe | It is in the double-layer wall structure; mobile orifice plate is installed in the reducing pipe to bear the specimen and balance the gas; it can resist a high temperature of 1050℃--besides, it is able to resist against oxidization, reduction, corrosion and deformation.

The whole set of instrument is in accordance with the standard GB/T 24530-2009/ISO7992:2007
At a temperature of 1050℃, the static load is imposed on the specimen bed and mixed gas of CO, hydrogen and nitrogen is pumped to reduce the specimen until reducibility reaches 80%; then gas pressure of section and height change in the specimen bed are surveyed—This process is able to measure the load reducibility of iron ore for the blast furnace.
A complete set of equipment controlled by computer system, special high temperature reaction furnace, the temperature control device, safety system, loading device, pressure gauge, height measurement device, gas and fluid flow control system and weighing device, etc.

Q1.what is the test principle and the reactivity?
Test principle: firstly, hydrate a certain amount of lime and at the same time, with a certain concentration of hydrochloric acid neutralize calcium hydroxide which produced during the lime hydration process. Q2.What is the importance of lime reactivity?
Lime quality had a great influence on steelmaking process, and its performance is good or bad, directly related to the smelting time, smelting speed, the quality of the steel, steel scrap ratio and heat energy utilization coefficient and other indexes. In the metallurgical industry, refers to the activity of lime degrees it reactions with other substances in the slag. With lime in the slag melting rate. Q4.What is the practical significance of the lime reactivity ?
Steelmaking practice shows that active lime can improve 80% efficiency of dephosphorization and desulphurization, shortening time of smelting and at the same time within 3-5 min can completely reaction with acid in the liquid steel, and general lime reaction time must be at least 6-10 min. Also, furnace life can be extent by more than 40%, moreover, furnace burden of consumption also reduce 5-8 kg/t steel, with 10 million t calculate, save $15 million a year, the production efficiency is improved significantly.
