Feature
Brand-new equipment structure, high automatic, multi-functional, able to detect pellets of various shapes (such as green pellet, cooked pellet and reduced pellet). Automatic testing process (automatic sample presentation, automatic crushing, automatic cleaning of waste sample of pellet after crushed), high testing speed, automatic calculation of the maximum and minimum value as well as average value of this testing result, equipped with multiple safety protection measure strengths, such as over-load, over-current, over-voltage, under-voltage, over-speed and electronic limiting placement.
Control software for automatic iron ore pellet pressure testing machine
This control software mainly communicates with equipment, control the operation of equipment, record testing data and print testing report.
software interface display the real-time test data(crushing value, no. of pellets, average, maximum and minimum crushing values, relative frequency distribution, etc), test results, test out query, report printing, etc.,test data can be long-term preservation.

The automatic iron ore pellet pressure testing machine developed by the company introduces German technologies and adopts mechanical & electrical integration design. It has the strengths of compact structure and high automation. Each index totally complies with the GB/T14201-1993- Iron Ore Pellets-Determination of Crushing Strength and the ISO4700-2007-Iron Ore Pellet for Blast Furnace and Direct Reduction Feed Stocks-Determination of Crushing Strength.
Called pellet alternatively, the iron ore pellet is a major component of blast furnace iron making. The crushing strength of pellet is a significant technical quality index. The national standard (GB/T14201-1993and ISO4700-2007 ) stipulates that 60 pellets with a diameter ranging between 10mm and 12.5mm should be crushed one by one (individual-group or multiple-group test can be done according to users) at a crushing speed ranging between 10mm/min and 20mm/min and then the average crushing pressure is the crushing strength of pellet.
